Health is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a Temporary, 0.90 FTE, Variable Shift opportunity. *Temporary Nurses work a maximum of 6 months and receive a generous stipend to help offset the cost of travel and housing. If you are hired in a permanent position after your assignment, you will be eligible for Hiring Bonus and Relocation Assistance at the time of permanent offer.

Pay Range

$44.27 - $71.09 per hour, based on experience This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement. Multiple openings may be available. Responsibilities Include

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care Monitoring and caring for critically ill patients Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal outcomes Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently Delegating care appropriately to support team members Promoting patient safety and quality standards Participating in professional development and continuous learning opportunities What You'll Bring Required Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire Minimum one year of continuous ICU RN experience within the past 36 months OR Completion of an ICU New Graduate Training Program or New-to-Specialty Fellowship Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Additional Requirements ACLS certification within six months of hire NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within six months of hire We're Looking For Nurses Who Stay calm and focused in high-acuity situations Enjoy the challenge of complex patient care Adapt quickly to new environments and teams Communicate effectively during critical moments Bring compassion, confidence, and clinical excellence to every shift More Than a Temporary Assignment At Peace.
