HVAC Technical Product Trainer

We have an amazing opportunity for a HVAC Technical Product Trainer to join the Tech Services Team in Elk Grove, California! Summary The HVAC Technical Product Trainer will perform a broad range of equipment support functions and training for Slakey's customers and branches. Provide customers and Slakey Brothers Team Members with product application, installation, and service training for our major equipment lines.

Provide education to all dealers on unitary and ductless products to include: product feature benefits, system matches, application basics, installation best practices, proper startup, and service. Develop and deliver instructional classes, presentations, and videos to assist new and existing dealers. Provide technical field support assistance for Slakey Brothers customers.

Provide parts research assistance, accessory, and functional parts stock suggestions.
