• Daisy Haye Daisy Haye extra care scheme are seeking a care team leader to join the team in Leek, Staffordshire. This will be 22.5 hours per week, 3 days over 7 including alternate weekends. Our extra care village supports long term packages of care to residents in one building. Each service user lives within their own self-contained apartment, with their own front door. Our support workers are on site to provide personal care and support services.

Paid apprenticeships/NVQ's Free blue light card - discounts across high street stores Flexible rotas for work-life balance Concert for carers Refer a friend bonus What you'll do : The role will include support with: * Completing and updating care plans and risk assessments * Support with on call duties - out of hours emergencies * Liaising with healthcare professionals * Supporting and guiding the wider care team - including training support, supervisions and rostering * Working alongside the management team to ensure CQC standards are met * Personal care - washing, showering and toileting * Medication administration * Answering emergency call bells * Greeting visitors to the scheme and answering telephone calls as required FULL TRAINING PROVIDED AT OUR DEDICATED TRAINING HUB IN CANNOCK * Must be available to commute to Leek for the shift patterns 7am - 10pm
