Full Service Janitorial & Facility Maintenance Facility / Janitorial Quality Control Team Leader – Job Posting Summary A-Action Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Facility/Janitorial Quality Control Team Leader to support multiple locations and ensure all services meet our quality standards and contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and random quality inspections
• Document findings, corrective actions, and follow-up
• Support training, coaching, and staff performance improvement
• Assist with staffing coverage, scheduling, and operations
• Maintain communication with clients and management
• Ensure supply levels, safety compliance, and equipment readiness Qualifications
• 2+ years janitorial or facility service experience (lead/supervisor preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and equipment
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites Physical Requirements
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift 50 lbs.
