We are hiring for a Controller/Strategic finance leader partnering with the President and Executive Team to drive business performance through planning, forecasting, and analysis. Oversees financial operations, ERP initiatives, and compliance, while leading process improvements, acquisition integrations, and core accounting functions.
Manage core accounting functions (AP/AR, credit, inventory, audits) and develop key performance metrics, while building a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
