Director of Business Lending

The Director of Business Lending is responsible for the strategic leadership, growth, management, and overall performance of Cape Cod 5’s (the “Bank”) small business lending and Small Business Administration program across its subsidiary banks. The Director serves as the organization’s internal champion and external representative for business lending, including conventional small business loans and U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) lending programs.
