Family Support Worker

Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership. Purpose: Home Visitation position focusing on parent child relationships with a strength-based philosophy using Growing Great Kids Curriculum.

Job Responsibilities

Provide Family Support through weekly home visits in one or two of the following counties: Campbell, Kenton, Boane Focus on Parent Education using Growing Great Kids Curriculum Family Centered Goal Setting Developmental Screenings Connect families to community resources Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Early Childhood Education Or related field Home Visitation experience Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation What we offer: Competitive Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits Retirement Plan-employer contribution of 4% of gross salary for 403b and additional 2% match option Generous Vacation and Sick Leave 11.
