Cluster Reservation Agent

Seeking for Cluster Reservations Agent for our reservations team across three different properties and yacht reservations company. Answer all incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner. Respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations, cancellations, and provide information about the properties and their services Manage daily reservations plans and room availability and payments Maintain daily communication with the Front Desk team to ensure accurate information on arrivals, departures, and cancellations Have full knowledge of each property and its services Handle Yacht reservations for company’s 4 yachts Handle correspondence efficiently Strong knowledge of PMS systems, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels Requirements Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.

Degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management preferred Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Reservations Agent in a 4* or 5* hotel Excellent computer skills and PMS knowledge Excellent command of English Professional appearance, behavior and genuine courtesy Comfort communicating via WhatsApp and online chat with both guests and hotel staff Adaptability, efficiency, and interpersonal skills Benefits Competitive salary Pleasant working environment Opportunity to work across three unique hotel properties & yacht reservations company Use of modern digital tools and communication platforms (WhatsApp, AI-assisted tools)
