Business Development Manager

Implementing the Company Policy Statements.

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Research and build relationships with potential clients.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
• Manages key client relationships and partnerships.
• Cold call as appropriate within your market and geographic area
• Expand the profile and reach of the company and its services.
• Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
• Track emerging markets and trends.
• Identify and recommend new services.
• Research and identify new markets and growth areas.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
• Provide advice on product development and distribution and promotion strategies.
• Conduct webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile.
• Negotiate service agreements.
• Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
• Attend seminars, conferences and networking events and represent the company.
• Prepare all documentation required for requests for proposals.
• Ensure that client demands, and contractual obligations are met.
• Visit principal offices and other locations for customer service.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
