Adventure Facilitator

Position Summary

Children's Aid runs a camp in Chappaqua, NY that has an adventure team building program for adults and youth. The program uses activities, communication exercises, initiatives, low ropes activities and high ropes challenges.

The Adventure Facilitator works with a team of facilitators to run large group activities, works individually with a group of 10-15 individuals, leads activities, provides spotting and guidance on low ropes, belays high ropes, and leads debriefing sessions with participants.
