Aufgaben Telefonische Annahme, Bearbeitung und Eingabe von Kundenaufträgen Verarbeitung von Bestellungen via e. Shop, Fax oder E-Mail Telefonische Kundenbetreuung und aktive Verkaufsförderung (Outbound & Upselling) Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen sowie Reklamations- und Retourenabwicklung Pflege und Neuanlage von Kundenstammdaten Professionelle Kundenkorrespondenz und nachhaltige Betreuung Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Prozesse .
