Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Belfast (Hybrid) Company: IN2 Engineering About the Role IN2 Engineering is seeking an ambitious and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to support our continued growth across Ireland, the UK and Europe. Reporting to the Director of Talent, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to play a key role in attracting top engineering talent within highly competitive and talent-short markets.

Working closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you will lead the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer stage while building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering and corporate functions. Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective hiring strategies. Source and engage high-calibre passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and direct search. Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interview processes.

Support employer branding, talent attraction campaigns and recruitment events. Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Maintain accurate recruitment data and market insights.

What We're Looking For

5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Resourcing. Strong direct sourcing and headhunting experience. Proven success hiring within competitive talent markets. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Experience recruiting within Engineering, Construction, Building Services, Technology or Professional Services sectors. Experience hiring across Ireland, Northern Ireland, the UK or Europe.
