Job description
The Staff Analyst will work under the ODR Housing Team in support of the Community Supports (CS) program for CalAIM. The position will focus on managing team referrals, monitor data quality, collaborate with managed health plans and coordinate with ODR program managers. The position will also be working on developing reporting and managing the workflow for the CalAIM team along with other assigned duties.
This position will require strong organizational skills, experience with data analytics, and ability to manage relationships with internal and external partners. The Staff Analyst, Health will report to ODR’s CalAIM CS Senior Staff Analyst.
