Job Description: The Digital Analyst is responsible for the development of the Future customized reporting out of Inte. Lake for our Pet Professional and Independent Customer to ensure strong E2E operations. Lead the effort of Inte. Lake automation and Finance Cube deployment in partnership with the FLT. This role is also responsible for the development and maintenance of Bots & Automation within the RCNA Finance (such as Accounts Payable, Depreciation, etc.)
What are we looking for? University degree in Accounting or Finance (Required) 2+ years of accounting and or controllership experience (Required) Consumer Product Goods industry experience (Preferred) 1NAV Experience (Preferred) Working in Digital Tools and Data Sets (Power BI, Data Lake, etc.) Expertise in technical accounting, financial process and internal controls What will be your key responsibilities?
Develop the Dynamic, future reporting for our Pet Professional customers that enables us to adjust for further market changes Lead the effort of the Inte. Lake transition for all Finance operational reporting within the region in partnership of the FLT Continue the automation of standard process with Digital Bots & AI as well as maintenance of current Bots Continue to develop the core standard of digitalized reporting for the deployment of our new Portfolio Lead organization within Royal Canin United States Develop tools that enable faster decision making Provide valuable insights to improve processes and operate more efficiently/effectively What can you expect from Mars?

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
