Must be self-motivated individual that works well in a team-oriented environment. Responsibility Proficient understanding of Boundary/Right of Way resolution and all associated research. Proficient understanding of Topographic Mapping and/or Route Surveys. Proficient understanding of field surveying and data collection techniques. Proficient skills in all related CAD software(s). Proficient knowledge of local, State and County laws governing platting and/or GDOT Survey Manuel. Proficient communications and relationship building skills. Good technical writing skills. When required, work nights and weekends projecting a high level of flexibility. Proficient understanding and regular/daily assistance with implementation of Southeastern Engineering, Inc. CAD standards and/or GDOT Electronic Data Guidelines (EDG). Proficient understanding and regular/daily assistance with implementation of Southeastern Engineering, Inc. surveying policies and procedures. Proficient understanding of Southeastern Engineering, Inc. safety policies and procedures. Meet and exceed all Survey Technician 1 requirements. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Valid Georgia Driver's License and ability to pass a Security Background check. Basic knowledge of various survey procedures. Various related CAD skills, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Minimum 2 years surveying field experience preferred.
