22995-1 Systems Engineer Level 3, Grand Prairie, TX (Secret/Ability to Obtain) DESCRIPTION PSCI is seeking a full time risk and opportunity manager with a Systems Requirements and Architecture background. In this role, you will own the program risk management database, interface with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, and program leads to keep the database up to date.

This role will require onsite support full-time at Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control headquarters in Grand Prairie, TX working a 4/10 Flex schedule. Contractor can work partially remote but must be available to come onsite when needed. Must be US Citizen. Active Secret Clearance or Ability to Obtain. 4/10 Work Week.

1st Shift. $78.80/hr. Duration: 10/26/2026-10/22/2027. Non-Exempt. Contract Position. Worker will Telework < 50% (2 days on site, and 2 days working remote). MANDATORY: Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering (Undeclared), Mechanical Engineering, Other STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathmatics) degrees considered.

Experience managing Risk and Opportunity. 3 + years working experience in DOORS. 3 + years Hands-on experience with Cameo. Familiarity with system design concepts and tradeoffs. Willingness to work onsite in a classified lab environment. DESIRED: N/A
