ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in February 2026 and currently lead a growing team of five. I bring more than 25 years of insurance industry experience, along with a unique background in professional sports, including time working with the Chicago Bears and alongside Walter Payton. I'm a graduate of Marquette University, hold an MBA, and live in Chicago with my family and three children.

Those experiences have shaped the competitive, team-first approach I bring to the agency today. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
