Accounts Payable Assistant Gloucester Up to £28,000.00 per annum DOE The role: AIS is looking for a proactive Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team in Gloucester on a permanent basis. What will you do as our Accounts Payable Assistant: Processing of purchase ledger invoices Processing employee expenses Matching invoices to orders Statement reconciliations Processing Company credit cards Job costing Processing supplier payments Handling queries and communications from suppliers Assisting with month-end procedures What are we looking for in our Accounts Payable Assistant: Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing workloads to comfortably meet strict deadlines Thrives in a fast based environment, for example at month end Confident IT users, particularly with Excel Strong numerical and analytical ability Self motivated professional Experience of using Business Central would be advantageous What are the benefits of being our Accounts Payable Assistant: Up to £28,000 per annum DOE Discretionary annual bonus of up to 15% of basic salary Half day on Friday, finish at 12:30 Life assurance of 4 x annual salary Up to 6% pension contributions (matched) Comprehensive employee assistance programme including 24/7 GP, unlimited mental health support and legal consultations Access to leisure benefits, including cycle to work scheme
