GoMeds is seeking experienced full-time Patient Support Specialist (CSR) to join our talented team.

Duties will include: Receive, document and resolve patient inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat Build lasting relationships with patients Processing patient payments and resolve billing discrepancies Support and train peers as needed Comply with all state and federal laws Other reasonable duties as assigned by manager Work in multiple computer systems and support multiple platforms Competencies Valued: Display passion for and responsibility for the customer Display a passion for what you do and a drive to improve A strong drive to complete tasks and accomplish goals Dependability, punctuality, and accountability Strong multitasking, problem solving, and prioritizing skills Strong stress and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to speak and type simultaneously while using three or more computer programs Strong empathy and active listening skills Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs At least 1 year of previous call center experience Previous experience in a medical office/facility Background in healthcare/ medical terminology Required Qualifications: High School Diploma Kentucky Pharmacy Technician Certificate (required for employment and can be obtain prior to the first day of employment) Must be available for Saturday shift rotation (every few weeks) What’s in it for you: Excellent Pay ($18 + hourly depending on experience) Regular, daytime hours
