Associate Mixer Operator

Ellsworth Corporation, a global, industry leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment and adhesive manufacturer currently has an Associate Mixer Operator opportunity.

This role reports into our Resin Lab, LLC, an Ellsworth Corporation company, located in Germantown, WI. This is a full-time, on-site position 5 days per week. Ellsworth Corporation is a family-run company that has had continuous growth for over 50 years. We are an industry-leading global distributor, manufacturer, and packager of adhesives used by cell phone, medical device, space/aerospace, and electric vehicle industries!

Responsibilities

Prepares and loads non-hazardous raw materials into the mixer and sets up equipment to process materials per batch sheet instructions Ensures product quality by adhering to batch sheet instructions and collects sample of products for lab testing Accurately recording process data to batch sheet along with other production documentation as required Perform general maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment to maintain a safe work environment, quality product, and efficient production Prepare and package finished product per batch sheet instructions as needed Contributes to the maintenance of a clean and organized facility Perks & Benefits: As an industry leader, we offer a competitive wage, bonus plan, and a comprehensive benefit package which includes Health, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Flexible Spending, 401(k), Employee Assistance, Paid Time Off and Holidays, Wellness Program, Social Events, Community Involvement and much more!

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalency Forklift Certification is required within 3 months of hire Alibility to read Basic Math Ability to learn how to operate assigned primary mixer Ability to package products according to batch sheet Ability to learn to operate different machines Lifts and/or move up to 70 pounds #Mixer.
