About the Role
We are seeking skilled and experienced CNC Turning Programmer & setter to join our advanced manufacturing team in Israel. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals looking to work with cutting-edge technology in a global production environment. Relocation assistance, onboarding support, and a structured training plan will be provided for selected candidates relocating from India.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Set up (large) CNC turning machines using.
- Perform precise setups on large CNC lathes (up to 800 mm diameter / 5m length).
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure compliance with GD&T and surface finish standards.
- Select and configure cutting tools ,fixtures and machining strategy based on materials and specifications. (Advantage)
- Operate CNC machines with Fanuc control systems.
- Work with a variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and titanium.
- 2D G-code simple editing\programming on Machine controller – (Advantage) Candidate Profile Education: High School Diploma or Technical Certification ( Diploma in Mechanical/Production preferred) Experience: 4–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC turning and programming. Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to work with large, heavy components
- Strong knowledge of geometric tolerancing (GD&T) and surface quality standards
- Effective communicator in technical English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Team player with a proactive and quality-focused mindset
- Experience in international manufacturing environments
- Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Plant floor operations with occasional office tasks
- Physical work including lifting, standing, walking, and machine handling
