Commercial Collections Specialist

Centi. Mark Corporation , the national leader in the commercial/industrial roofing/flooring industry, has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time, experienced Commercial Collections Specialist for its office in Canonsburg, PA . This role is paying $44k - $45k plus annual bonus opportunity.

Job Summary

Perform collections of assigned accounts in a goal oriented environment Contact customers to discuss upcoming invoices due and expected pay dates, while also focusing efforts on overdue and uncollected monies owed Follow up with customers in a timely manner regarding all inquiries, short payments, and account reconciliation Verify all necessary documentation has been processed with customer invoices per their requirements (EX : AIA’s, Waivers, P.
