Executive Support Specialist

You will serve as a EXECUTIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the OFFICE of the COMMANDER (J00) of COMMANDER US FORCES JAPAN . ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.*

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing, evaluating, coordinating administrative/executive support services to ensure program operations run timely, efficiently, successfully AND establishing criteria to measure and/or predict the attainment of program or organizational goals and objectives.

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: I have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. OR I have successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
