Training Specialist I Role: Assistant trainers who support the TS IIs during delivery. Duties Support the senior trainers in all training: assistant instruction, lanes, ranges, practical exercises, and the field exercise. Help with role-player coordination, training aids, and training administration. Minimum requirements (the COR can review these at any time) At least 5 years of U.

S. or foreign military experience after 9/11. Military grade of E5 or higher. Demonstrated experience as a trainer (military or civilian) to a foreign security force. Relevant military, foreign security force, or program management experience within the last 5 years. Regional experience in Sub-Saharan Africa. Preferred: Organizational development experience.
