We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Global Head of Product Marketing to lead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across a diverse i. Gaming portfolio, including Slots and Live Casino. This is a senior leadership role suited to an expert who combines deep product knowledge, market insight, and commercial acumen to drive global growth and differentiation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and lead the global product marketing strategy across all i. Gaming verticals, ensuring alignment with business objectives Partner with Product, Commercial, and Brand teams to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and high-impact GTM campaigns across international markets Act as the subject matter expert across all product lines, with a strong understanding of player behaviour, product mechanics, and underlying technology Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global product marketing team Design and implement a structured GTM framework to support new product launches and major updates Leverage product analytics, customer insights, and market data to inform strategy and drive performance Conduct competitive analysis to refine product positioning and support roadmap decisions Ensure strong cross-functional alignment between Product, Marketing, and Operations teams globally.

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, including at least 5 years in senior or global leadership roles within the i. Gaming industry Proven track record of delivering successful marketing strategies across all verticals, Slots and Live Casino Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, including acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies Experience launching and scaling products across multiple international markets Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret metrics and optimise performance Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated leadership experience managing distributed, multicultural teams Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Product Management (MBA preferred).
