Dir Sales and Mktg

The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading Pyromation’s commercial strategy and execution to support sustainable sales growth, strong customer relationships, and profitable market development. This role provides leadership across sales, channel management, marketing, and related commercial activities, while building on the company’s strong existing foundation of customer responsiveness, product knowledge, and established market presence.

The position will help strengthen proactive sales leadership, commercial planning, marketing effectiveness, and performance discipline in support of the organization’s growth objectives.
