Full job description Lakeland Nursing and Rehab Location: Wanaque, New Jersey Shift: All Shifts Lakeland Nursing and Rehab is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated care team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and conduct vital signs as needed
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
• Develop and implement educational programs for residents and families
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
