Peter Woodbury Elementary School is seeking a Long-Term Substitute

• Special Education Teacher/Case Manager. The candidate should have a firm understanding of the special education process and NHSEIS. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide reading and math instruction that is evidence based and targeted to meet the specific needs of students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans.

Qualifications
