Position Summary
The stadium production technician works to technically produce the video and animated graphic elements of the game-day video production show at Mercedes-Benz Stadium which includes Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United games/matches and various third-party events. The role will be responsible for prepping, operating, and striking all production gear pertaining to these events.
The stadium production technician should have a good technical understanding of television/sports broadcasting. Roles and Responsibilities Set-up, operation, and maintenance of equipment used for stadium video productions Technicians would have individual or multiple knowledge of the following: Broadcast production quality HD cameras/shading stations, camera utility/grip support, Ross Acuity video switcher, Dreamcatcher video capture and replay, Chyron graphics (Paint, First & 10, LEDs) Qualifications and Education Requirements 2 or more years of experience in live sports broadcasting, stadium video board productions, or live television production Must have a good technical knowledge of broadcast video/graphics with a skill set including: Control Room experience/working well within a team environment Ability to wrap video cables properly i.
e. the over under method Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Good organization skills Required Skills Experience working with different digital platforms i.e. desktop, tablet and mobile Works well under pressure Positive attitude
