Operate the dishwasher in accordance with operating instructions. After cleaning pots and pans, place them in their designated storage area. Wash dirty dishes and maintain an adequate supply of clean tableware for the Head Chef. Polish cutlery and, when required, collect all dirty dishes from the employee cafeteria. Maintain kitchen cleanliness by assisting the kitchen staff and following the company's cleaning policies and procedures.

Clean and polish the entire kitchen area. Disinfect kitchen floors at the end of each working day. Remove waste whenever necessary. Clear the kitchen area of empty boxes and any unnecessary equipment. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with the work schedule, labor regulations, disciplinary rules, and standards of conduct established by labor legislation, the Company's Internal Regulations, and all lawful instructions issued by the direct supervisor.

Perform the duties set out in the job description and carry out assigned tasks in accordance with the performance standards applicable to the position. Observe all general and position-specific occupational health and safety regulations, as well as fire prevention and protection (Fire Safety) procedures, particularly those identified as mandatory following the workplace risk assessment.

Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, teamwork, mutual respect, and professional cooperation at all times. Maintain professional and respectful behavior and communication in relationships with colleagues and supervisors, and refrain from making statements that could damage the Company's reputation or that of its representatives.

Maintain the confidentiality of all operations, activities, and work performed during the entire term of the employment contract and not disclose any information regarding the Company's activities to third parties. Maintain the confidentiality of salary and compensation information throughout the duration of the employment contract.
