Principal / Senior Psychologist

We seek an experienced Psychologist to provide clinical leadership in SHP. This senior role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape and enhance mental healthcare delivery at the primary care level. Role Overview The Principal/Senior Psychologist will manage complex psychological cases, provide clinical supervision, and lead the integration of mental health services within primary care.

This role involves working collaboratively with stakeholders to destigmatize mental health and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions for complex cases Shape the future of mental healthcare by developing integrated psychological services in primary care settings, making quality mental health support more accessible to the community Conduct psychological education and skills training for patients and healthcare professionals Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives Contribute to interprofessional training programmes and staff development Engage in service planning and development of new programmes Requirements Masters in Psychology (Clinical) or MPsych.

PhD or PhD/MA/MScPGDip. ClPs Minimum 6 years of relevant clinical experience Full registration with Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) Registration as full member with recognised professional body in country of training Strong leadership capabilities and strategic thinking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in programme development and implementation will be an added advantage Strong leadership capabilities and strategic thinking skills
