Account Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Concierge Account Manager (from the Philippines) to support and grow our creator and studio partners. You’ll manage client relationships, optimize the platform's performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations on our platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Manage relationships with assigned creators and studios ● Oversee platform day-to-day platform operations (metadata, scheduling, images, compliance docs) ● Develop content strategies to improve performance and revenue ● Analyze data, identify trends, and prepare performance reports ● Ensure content complies with platform guidelines ● Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and share best practices REQUIREMENTS ● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask ● Strong analytical and decision-making skills ● Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Fluent in English ● Experience in account management, client support, or content operations is a plus ● Passion for creator success and collaboration is key.
