Resource Coordinator

The Resource Coordinator is responsible for coordinating field personnel, developing and managing crew schedules, ensuring accurate time and expense reporting, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and maintaining effective communication between employees, supervisors, and operational teams. This position works closely with Operations, Maintenance, HSE, HR, and Finance to ensure staffing levels, training requirements, equipment readiness, and regulatory compliance are met.
