Deputy Manager - Land Acquisition

Jo b Description – Land Acquisition & Liaison Experience Required: 5-8 year Identification and finalization of suitable land parcels as per company requirements through aggregators, brokers, or directly from land owners. Conduct land surveying, measurement, and demarcation. Negotiate with land owners for purchase or lease agreements(If Required) Execution of sale/lease deeds and registration at the Sub-Registrar Office.

Mutation of land and recording company name on 7/12 extracts. Carry out title search and verification from Talathi, Tehsil, online Portal, and Registration Offices. Obtain NA (Non-Agricultural) conversion and other necessary permits/approvals. Liaison with government/revenue offices – Talathi, Tehsil, SDO, Town Planning, DILR, Collector, etc.

Coordinate with stakeholders, farmers, and agents at the primary level. Supervise land development and preparation for project use. Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of all land transactions. Resolve land disputes and ownership issues. Ensure compliance with land -use regulations and statutory requirements.
