Implementation Spec II

As an Implementation Specialist II, you’ll act as the primary contact for moderately complex projects, this role interfaces with customers, retailers, resellers, third-party IT consultants, and internal resources. You’ll keep implementations moving from configuration through go-live by managing project timelines, completing advanced setup, leading customer training, and supporting testing.
