Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) and familiarity with advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) protocols. Hands-on experience or training in intubation techniques, ventilator management, and central line procedures.
Strong understanding of emergency care protocols and patient stabilization techniques. Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced clinical environments. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic hospital information systems. Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional development.
