We're looking for a Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining the systems that keep our operation running smoothly.

From conveyors and controls to plant-floor technology, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance.

What You'll Do

🔧 Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve automation and equipment issues ⚡ Respond quickly to alarms, system alerts, and operational interruptions 🛠 Perform preventive maintenance to stop problems before they happen 📈 Calibrate and optimize plant-floor devices for maximum efficiency 🤝 Partner with maintenance teams to identify solutions and reduce downtime 🚀 Help drive continuous improvement across our automation systems What Makes You a Great Fit ✅ Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred ✅ Experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, controls, or automation systems ✅ Understanding of networking fundamentals, motor controls, and AC/DC electrical systems ✅ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams ✅ Strong Microsoft Office skills ✅ A passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement Schedule Requirements 🕒 Monday through Friday 3:00 AM start time

Basic Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Pay Range

For this union-represented posting, wage rates and ranges and benefit offerings are governed by applicable collective bargaining agreement provisions. The starting pay rate for this position starts at $23.00/hr. The company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
