You will get to be the Technician everyone turns to when they can't figure it out. We're looking for experienced Automotive Service Technicians who can diagnose & repair whatever rolls through the door. Electrical diagnostics. Check engine lights. Engine performance issues. Suspension. Steering. Brakes. A/C. Complex drivability concerns.

What You'll Do

Work without micromanagement Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards. Diagnose cause of malfunction. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures.

Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.

What You'll Bring

5+ years of automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic skills, especially with electrical & drivability ASE certifications are an added bonus Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
