This is not a closer role in the transactional sense. This is a pipeline-driven, outbound, relationship-building role for sales professionals who want to operate at the highest level of craft, and who treat the conversation itself as the privilege. What You'll Do

Drive enrollment into Tony Robbins' transformational events, starting with Unleash the Power Within and expanding across the full event portfolio Run high-volume outbound prospecting into the Robbins Research database and past-client referral pipelines Lead structured discovery conversations that surface what clients actually want, and what's been stopping them Build emotional leverage and guide prospects toward decisive action Operate inside a high-performance, on-site sales floor.
