Job Summary

Village Capital & Investment LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representativeto join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service. This position is based in Henderson, NV with remote opportunities for candidates residing inNorth Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, or Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from current and potential clients
• Make outbound calls to follow up on issue resolution
• Assist customers with basic mortgage needs and aim for one-call resolution
• Build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations to support the client's mortgage needs
• Partner with internal and external departments to resolve customer issues
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• 1 year of computer skills (Preferred)
• 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to remain composed during stressful situations
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Gmail, Google tools, etc.
• Teachable, personable, outgoing, and dependable
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to confidentiality
• Always seeking to improve
