We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Days at Berkeley Lodge our specialist Dementia Nursing Home in Worthing.

Hours – Full Time – 36hrs per week - including every other weekend As a Care Assistant you will be: Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents; Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary; Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system; Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences; Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
