• Hotel, BASIC PURPOSE: Provide warm, hospitable service during banquet events, according to brand/company standards and state laws in a safe, accident-free manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Relay food and beverage orders. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices. Anticipate guests needs and exceed customer service expectations. Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.

Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns. Present in professional appearance and mannerisms. Comply with all CHA Galleria LLC policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience: One year of banquet experience preferred. Age: Must be 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages. Skills and Abilities: Communication and hospitality skills (English) required Ability to use micros machine Full knowledge of state liquor laws Full knowledge of TIPs training Lifting/Pushing/Pulling/Carrying Trays up to 20 lbs.
