Now Hiring: Experienced Leasing Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish) Queenston Manor Apartments is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team! If you love helping people find a place to call home and have a knack for marketing, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

Greet prospects, give tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process from first contact to move-in Deliver outstanding service to current and future residents in English and Spanish Process applications, leases, and renewals accurately and on time Create and manage marketing content, including photos, videos, social media posts, and online listings Plan outreach and resident events that drive traffic and retention Follow up on leads and keep occupancy goals on track What we're looking for: Prior leasing or property management experience Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with multimedia and marketing (social media, photo/video, listing platforms) Entrata experience is a strong plus Comfortable working weekends as needed What we offer: $18–$19/hour plus monthly bonuses and commissions Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Housing discount Ready to apply?
