Properties Supervisor

PROPERTIES SUPERVISOR OVERVIEW: De. Sales University, in Center Valley, PA, is a private, coeducational, four-year liberal arts Salesian, Catholic university, under the leadership of the Oblates of Saint Francis de Sales. Founded in 1965, the 550-acre suburban campus is located 50 miles north of Philadelphia and about 90 miles southwest of New York City.

For further information, visit www.desales.edu. EOE POSITION SUMMARY: The Properties Supervisor is responsible for the procurement, budgeting. and building of all properties for the De. Sales Act 1 season. They will also supervise the student props practicum and assist in the facilitation of the scene shop practicum. This position includes mentoring student leaders on student projects.

The maintenance and organization of the props storage area as well as the occasional rental of properties to outside organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Undergraduate degree required; graduate-level degree preferred Excellent organizational, communication, budgetary, and interpersonal skills required.
