Event Concierge

As an Event Banquet Concierge, your primary role is to provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer needs, anticipating potential issues, and resolving them efficiently. You’ll collaborate with various departments to ensure all event specifications are met, assisting the Director of Event Operations and Event Managers with last-minute changes or requests.

A key part of this role is maintaining constant communication with event managers and guests to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
