Job description
Thermal Solution Design & develop advanced thermal solutions (EVAC, Liquid Cooling) for AI Data Centers; synchronize technical requirements between U.S. customers & overseas factories to accelerate product development cycles; manage full product lifecycle including quality & mfg. processes from design to mass production; lead on-site troubleshooting & Failure analysis (FA) at U.S. customers’ sites to deliver rapid resolutions for engineering issues
