Marketing & Membership Director

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Membership & Marketing Director oversees membership engagement and marketing activities for the Hartman YMCA, a first-of-its-kind accessible and inclusive YMCA, with a focus on creating an exceptional, welcoming experience for individuals of all abilities.

This position works closely with individuals with disabilities, families, caregivers, and community partners while supervising Member Engagement Representatives and other assigned staff who serve as key points of contact for current and prospective members.
