Job Responsibilities

Daily operation of the process and documentation Coordinate and delegate the duties and responsibilities of each of the crew members Possess an understanding of all the process equipment under your direction Can make quick decisions to resolve issues and take immediate action Accurately and promptly complete all logbooks, transfer sheets, inventory sheets, and other daily record keeping tasks Observe and direct crew members to be sure that all policies and procedures are followed Understand the process and mechanical issues and log all observations on the maintenance request sheet Understand the cause and effect of all operating changes make by you or your crew Working Hours: Rotating 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license Knowledge of grain handling systems is preferred Knowledge of railcars or locomotive is beneficial Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to others and work well as a team Basic computer experience Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k with employer contributions Basic life and short-term disability insurance provided Sick and vacation time along with 8 paid holidays Profit Sharing Signing bonuses Wages starting at $38/hr Join us and become a valued member of our team, contributing to the smooth operation and success of our company.
