Job description

We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct financial and market analyses to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and competitive risks. Support research activities through Capital IQ and other public and financial data sources.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret market and business data. Generate insights from complex datasets to support strategic and operational decision-making. Prepare management presentations, reports, and regular updates on key market and business developments. Support the assessment of potential M&A and strategic opportunities through financial and market analysis.

Monitor competitor activities, market developments, and industry dynamics. Continuously improve competitive intelligence methodologies, tools, and data sources. Support ad-hoc financial, strategic, and operational analyses across the organization as required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration Advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, ACCA, CIMA) is considered an advantage Work Experience: Strong financial and analytical background with excellent problem-solving skills. Up to 4 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or related fields, preferably within an international environment.

Previous experience in a Big Four firm or similar environment is considered an advantage. Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to understand both the broader strategic context and detailed business processes.

Technical Skills Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities. Ability to work with large datasets and transform data into actionable insights. Experience with Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and other financial research platforms is considered an advantage. Understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.

Language / Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and high-quality presentations and management materials. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered an advantage. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks and responsibilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic international environment. High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
