As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences. You’ll assist customers with product queries, orders, delivery updates, returns, and general support while ensuring every interaction reflects the premium Fashion brand experience. This is a fast-paced, digitally driven environment requiring strong written communication, multitasking ability, and a genuine passion for customer service.
